Eileen McNichol, President of HRx Consulting LLC, has been learning about and from employees in a variety of industries for over 25 years. She is an energetic, enthusiastic and challenge-oriented human resources professional with experience providing efficiency, integrity, top-notch performance and strategic HR programs. Eileen holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas and is a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional and a certified Human Capital Strategist.
