EEO-1 Report - Deadline Looming!
For private employers with 100 or more employees, is owned by a company where that group legally constitutes a single enterprise and is comprised of 100 or more employees, or is a Federal Contractor with 50 or more employees and $50,000 in federal contracts!
There are two parts - reporting Component 1 is due by May 31st. This is where you report your number of employees by job category, race/ethnicity, and gender.
The second part is where the EEOC wants to receive your pay data associated with Component 1. That deadlines is expected to be around September 30th. Stay tuned for more information!!
